This is the first documentary about Soledad Miranda. The producers sum it up thus: the film tells us the story of an Andalusian actress with a brilliant career in the world of cinema, cut short at the age of 27 when she died suddenly in a traffic accident. She up to that time she had already participated in 37 films.
Her name was Soledad Miranda, internationally known as Susan Korda. She was a muse for director Jess Franco. Christhoper Lee or Jack Taylor were just some of her co-stars. Amy Brown is an American actress, pianist and speech therapist obsessed with Soledad Miranda.
She is a compulsive collector of memories of the actress and of miniature pianos. She is one of the greatest experts in the world on the life of the actress and the administrator of the only web portal specialized in Soledad Miranda. Amy somehow feels like the alter ego of the actress with a single mission in her life: to preserve the memory of Soledad Miranda and restore her fame that her destiny unfairly took from her. PLEASE NOTE: I (Amy) do take issue with the description of myself, for I have never said, nor felt, that I was Soledad's alter ego. I am simply an admirer whose mission is, indeed, to make her more famous and to tell her complete story.
